Make a Difference!

American Democracy is the world's oldest - and it depends on the involvement of each of us. Here is what you can do to make a difference:

• Make a contribution to help us build a powerful network of Democratic activists to elect more Democrats and enact more progressive policies.   
• Subscribe to Democrats.com News, either Daily or Weekly   
• Take the Democrats.com Pledge to Sweep ALL Republicans Out of Office   
• Join Democrats.community, where you can meet other members of Democrats.com throughout the country and discuss important issues in a safe, moderated environment. As a member of Democrats.community, you can also create a profile to find members with similar interests, and create your own free web page.   
• Join a local chapter of Democrats.com, where you can discuss local issues and even attend local meetings.   
• Register to vote if you are not registered, if you recently moved, or if you want to register as a Democrat so you can vote in Democratic primaries.  
• Write or call your Representatives in Congress - remember, they work for you!  
• Write or call the media - don't let the rightwingers control the debate!  
• Visit our campaign store if you are a candidate or committee officer looking for a professional web site, Internet fundraising, e-mail list building or other Internet services.   
• Drop us a note to share an idea or suggestion with us.
