Veterans of World War II, Korea, Vietnam, and other service time will march near the White House at the Ellipse on Wednesday, October 16 2002 at 1 p.m. to demand that George W. Bush stop his threats to "go it alone" against Iraq. Veterans, wearing their uniforms and medals, will insist that Mr. Bush work only through the U.N. and through a united front of France, Germany and other allies.
