There will be a Memorial for Charles Ruff, President Clinton's attorney who recently passed away. It will be held on Saturday, December 16th at the Washington National Cathedral, Washington DC. Service will be held at 10:30 am and seating needs to be planned for 10am due to security. In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations go to Swarthmore College payable as: Charles F. C. Ruff '60 District of Columbia Scholarship Fund, c/o Susan Levin, Swarthmore College, 500 College Ave., Swarthmore, Pa 19081.
