If you have a targeted postal list you'd like to reach by e-mail - such as donor prospects, Democratic primary voters, or infrequent Democratic voters - Democrats.com can help. Our unique E-mail Append service can match approximately 25% of the names on your postal list, and obtain permission for you to send e-mails.

How it works:

E-mail append is a three step process:

1. We match your postal list against our opt-in e-mail network of 130 million US adults. 
2. We send a specially-written letter to each matched e-mail address requesting permission for you to correspond with them via e-mail.
3. We wait 3 days and remove everyone who does not want to receive e-mail from you or whose e-mail bounces.

We start with our in-house Democrats.com Activist list, which is the largest and most accurate list of Democrats available. We repeat this process with several extremely high-quality network partners until we find as many matches as possible. We provide you with the approved e-mails after each round of matches. The entire process takes 4-6 weeks.

Terms and conditions:

• Payment of 50% of estimated total upon contract, balance due upon delivery
• All subsequent opt-out requests must be promptly processed
